At the center of this work is the Peace Toolkit, created by our own Director, Micheal Osatuyi. Published in 2026 in partnership with Temple Foundation, the toolkit is a practical resource for community integration for children with disabilities and their families.
Micheal developed it out of a simple conviction: every child deserves to be heard, valued, respected, and included in their community.
The toolkit equips children, caregivers, educators, and communities with practical skills in:
Thanks to the financial support of Temple Foundation, we've been able to print and distribute 100 copies of the toolkit to disability schools across eSwatini.
The toolkit comes to life in the workshops. Working alongside the Ministry of Education, we bring the curriculum directly to the teachers and communities who spend their days with these children.
At one recent workshop at the School for the Deaf, where six of our Silusendvo kids attend, 51 teachers gathered to work through the curriculum together. They explored how to handle conflict in their classrooms, how to manage the stress and emotion that come with the work, and what peace, love, and inclusion look like day to day for students of all abilities.
These workshops do more than pass along information. They build knowledge, they build relationships, and they create space to advocate for our kids. And there's usually a lot of fun along the way.
Our biggest work is to educate and promote inclusion in schools, communities, and society as a whole. We care deeply about the wellbeing of children with disabilities at home, in their communities, and in their classrooms, and we're praying this partnership continues for many years to come.

Through a partnership between the DPM’s Office in Eswatini and Palm Grove Health and Wellness Initiative (PGI), one of our children with a disability received crutches and a wheelchair to support mobility and independence.
This reflects our commitment to disability inclusion, dignity, and equal opportunities for every child. Together, we are building a more inclusive environment where no child is left behind. ♿🤝

We were so delighted to bring together our amazing caregivers for a meaningful day of learning ,encouragement, faith and fun in the month of October.
Our community nurse from the community who came to shared valuable insights on personal hygiene, health care, and the importance of taking children to the hospital for timely medical attention.
Our social worker encouraged caregivers by highlighting the rights of children with disabilities and the importance of protecting their dignity, promoting inclusion and ensuring they are valued members of our communities.
Our lady pastor reminded us of the book of Genesis 1:27 that we are all created in the image of God, affirming the dignity, worth and uniqueness of every child and caregiver.
At the end of the day , we made it more special for them to participate in fun, therapeutic games that encouraged relaxation, laughter, connection and stress relief.
As one of our programs called Silusendvo (our family) at PGI we believe that when we support caregivers,we strengthen families and create communities where every child can thrive.

It was a 9 Days of Healing, Hope & Impact in Eswatini! 🇸🇿🩺
Palm Grove Initiative (PGI) was honored to partner with Ancient Church, Colorado, alongside 12 visiting teams, and Challenge Ministries Eswatini to conduct medical outreach across four ICBC centers.
PGI provided five interpreters to bridge the language gap between siSwati and English, while our directors, Jessie and Micheal, actively participated in supporting the outreach. We were also blessed to connect with one of our USA Board members who joined the visiting team.
It was truly a glorious and impactful nine days of serving communities, sharing compassion, and bringing healthcare closer to those in need. ❤️🙏
Together, we serve. Together, we heal. Together, we bring hope!
